A domestic workman in Malaysia has died after suspected abuse by her employer, including being done to “sleep outward with a dog,” a politician has said.

The maid, famous usually as Adelina, came from Indonesia and worked for a family in Penang.

Her employers are indicted of not feeding Adelina and permitting her wounds to go untreated.

Adelina was discovered on 10 Feb after a neighbour reported her conditions to politician Steven Sim.
