Hundreds accumulate to remember Barbara Bush in private service

HOUSTON — Some 1,500 guest are approaching Saturday during a private wake for Barbara Bush during a nation’s largest Episcopal church. First lady Melania Trump, former President Bill Clinton and Hillary Cliuton, and former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are among those approaching to attend a by-invitation-only use during St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Houston.

Burial will follow during a Bush Library during Texas AM University, about 100 miles northwest of Houston. The funeral site is in a gated tract surrounded by trees and nearby a rivulet where a couple’s 3-year-old daughter, Robin, who died of leukemia in 1953, is buried.
