Local, state and sovereign supervision offices will be closed. There will be mail delivered on Saturday, but no mail will be delivered on Monday. 

Most banks will be sealed on Jan. 2 though some, including TD Bank will open. The New York Stock Exchange will be sealed on Jan. 2.

NJ Transit buses will work on mutated schedules on Dec. 31, Jan. 1 and Jan. 2. Consult NJ Transit’s website for details. Rail business should deliberate a agency’s trip planner for any journeys designed for a three-day weekend.

The PATH train will have normal weekend schedules on Dec. 31 and Jan. 1, though trains will run on a Saturday report on Jan. 2.
