On the eve of the initial anniversary of the downing of Malaysia Airlines moody MH17 over war-torn eastern Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin discharged calls for a UN judiciary to be set adult to prosecute those suspected of bringing down the ill-fated newcomer jet.
