PCG rises cessation of sea travels

TACLOBAN City — The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) reported that a sum 5,065 stranded passengers in Eastern Visayas might now conduct to their New Year destinations after a PCG carried a cessation on all sea travel.

Parts of Catarman, Northern Samar and Calbayog City, Samar sojourn flooded and are not permitted to light vehicles.
