Jones has been charged with one transgression count of exhibiting a lethal weapon, one misconduct count of exhibiting a lethal arms and one misconduct count of exhibiting a concealable firearm in public, according to prosecutors.
Jones will be arraigned today. He is now out of control and his bond was set for $50,000, according to Ricardo Santiago of a district attorney’s office.
Santiago did not have information about Jones’s counsel or either or not he has entered a plea.
He faces adult to 5 years in jail if convicted, Santiago says.
