Russian Airlines Slash Ticket Prices Due to Low Demand

Russian atmosphere carriers have been forced to reduce sheet prices due to descending demand, a RBC news website reported on Thursday.

Prices are down by 25 percent in Jan compared to a same duration final year, a website reported.

The normal cost for domestic flights in a second half of Jan was down by 24 percent from a same duration final year and prices for outmost flights were down by 1.5 percent, according to a Biletix sheet agency.

A Biletix orator pronounced that some sheet prices decreased roughly twofold, and cited a normal cost of a sheet to Yekaterinburg, that early final year cost 15,200 rubles though now costs 5,600 rubles.

“Air transport in some areas has turn some-more permitted as many airlines are expanding and fluctuating offers,” pronounced Biletix executive ubiquitous Alexander Sizintsev.

It is expected that a cost decrease will continue in February, according to a tutu.ru traveller website.
