A military officer has been found passed behind a metropolitan building in Danville, Ohio, and a think is in custody, authorities pronounced Monday.
Danville Officer Thomas Cottrell was found passed on a belligerent behind a Danville Municipal Building and his use arms had been taken and his cruiser was missing, Knox County Sheriff David Shaffer pronounced in a matter early Monday.
