Vince Vaughn has been arrested on guess of dipsomaniac pushing and facing arrest, PEOPLE has confirmed.
The 48-year-old actor was taken into military control on during 4 a.m. Sunday in Manhattan Beach, California, on a DUI and remained in control only before 7 a.m., according to TMZ. He was charged with DUI and facing arrest.
This would be Vaughn’s initial DUI offense if charged.
A deputy for Vaughn did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s requests for comment.
