WILDWOOD, N.J. — A Philadelphia lady whose aroused detain during a New Jersey beach over Memorial Day weekend final year was prisoner on video has pleaded guilty to unfinished conduct.
Emily Weinman faced countless charges stemming from a confrontation, including assaulting a military officer.
She pleaded guilty Friday in a defence understanding with Cape May County prosecutors that called for her to offer a year of probation. She also will be barred from Wildwood and a beaches during that time.
The beach fight began when Weinman regularly refused to give Wildwood officers her name when they questioned her about a participation of ethanol on a beach. A video shot by a circuitously beachgoer showed an officer punching her twice in a conduct as she lies on a sand, her legs flailing.
The officers concerned were privileged of wrongdoing.
