NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A Germany-bound craft from Houston was forced to land during John F. Kennedy International Airport due to a hazard done opposite a aircraft, officials pronounced Monday night.
As CBS2’s Valerie Castro reported, Lufthansa moody 411, that was headed for Frankfurt, done an puncture alighting late Monday after a explosve hazard was done over a phone Monday evening, a Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said.

The hazard was called into Lufthansa’s corporate offices and when a commander was informed, he chose to obstruct to JFK, Port Authority sources told CBS2.
Authorities were treating it as a viable hazard and a NYPD Counterterrorism Unit is responding along with a Port Authority Police Department, sources told CBS2. But there was no denote of difficulty over a hazard by phone.

Police pronounced a aircraft was changed to a secure area divided from a airfield and passengers on a craft were evacuated late Monday. A large puncture response surrounded a craft once it was on a ground.
A Port Authority source pronounced 530 passengers had been on board. The passengers were put onto buses shuttled to an different location.

One newcomer spoke to CBS2 by phone and described a situation.
“Everybody’s still flattering calm. The conditions is obviously, we know, a bit tense, though so far, things are flattering calm,” a newcomer said.
But a newcomer pronounced no such thing had ever happened when he was flying.
“It’s really weird. This is – I’ve been drifting flattering consistently for a past few years and this never happened before,” a newcomer said. “So we guess, when we guess, one of a pilots announced a explosve threat, to me, it felt a bit surreal. It took me a small bit of time for that to indeed penetrate in.”
The Lufthansa moody took off from Houston progressing Monday evening, and upheld over Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and New Jersey. Once a craft was over a area of Southampton, Long Island, a moody trail took a spin and headed behind toward JFK.
